Are all downloads free? No. There is a section of free downloads and the rest of the downloads are accessible only to members.

How much to subscribe? The cost of subscribing is $1.50 US each month, which works out to $18.00 US per year.

Do I have to pay on a monthly basis? Yes, there are no other options at this time.

How do I cancel? In order to cancel a paid subscription, you need to cancel through paypal. To do this, you can go to www.paypal.com and log in and unsubscribe. Or you can go to your profile page here and click on the cancel paid membership button which will take you to paypal to complete the cancellation.

I lost my screename/passwword what do I do? Go to the home page, www.cosmic-jazz.com and enter your email address to recover your lost password and username. If you need additional assistance please email support@cosmic-jazz.com
